Is it just me or is there much MORE than “something not quite right” with Baltimore, Chicago, Detroit, etc?

Five days ago, Det. Sean Suiter, a married father of five and an 18-year veteran with the Baltimore Police, was patrolling the streets of West Baltimore around 5pm last Wednesday when he saw suspicious activity. Suiter approached a man and was shot point blank in the head, in a summary execution. He was rushed to the hospital in critical condition where he later died of his injuries. Residents were prohibited from entering their own neighborhood unless they showed proper...

The difference is behavior between the left and right is stunning.

And really speaks volumes more than any description of the differences in philosophy possibly could. This fool’s behavior screams of the total arrogance, ignorance, blindness and just plain stupidity of the left. Does this fool and his owners really believe that by calling those who see this fool, his owners and the America hating NFL for the anti-patriotic fools they are “so dumb that I can’t even pray for you because you’re beyond hope”, they are going to get those people to start watching these condescending morons and their rapidly dying sport? While it really is stunning just how much those on the left don’t get it their behavior, be it riots, shooting republican congressmen, slandering, lying or tackling Rand Paul and breaking his ribs, is even more stunning and much more telling of the mental ability and state of those who scream they are our betters....

Tell me please.

Are Maxine’s fellow congressmen, elected officials everywhere, WOMEN and African-Americans ashamed for and embarrassed by this woman or is just me and every other rational American? Good grief.   MAXINE WATERS: Impeach Trump — for name-calling! November 17, 2017 By Kyle Olson Maxine Waters loves to talk about millennials, and she’s apparently adopted some of their traits, too. The California congresswoman made an appearance on Bloomberg TV on Thursday and her definition of “high crimes and misdemeanors” — the standard for impeaching a president of the United States — appears to be lowering. When asked what she hopes to achieve with her frequent “Impeach 45” chants around the country, Waters responded, “I have learned over the years that I’ve been in this business that there a few people who are willing to speak truth to power and to talk about what really is bothering our...

Believe the works.

By on Nov 18, 2017

This post was to initially be about John chapter 10:24-39 and it still will be but as I typed the title it occurred to me just how true that is of everyone and just how unwilling everyone is to have their opinions shaped by what they actually see. This applies not only religiously but to all observations in all relationships. The most glaring of these are political, we see the “works” of our representatives (and in many cases the non-work) and rather than believing what they actually have done we choose to believe their ever flapping gums when they tell us what they are going to do. Compare this with the passage below. Jesus has been going around giving sight to the blind, feeding thousands, causing the lame to walk, etc. and the Jews ask him if He is the Christ to which He answers, yes (who else could perform such miracles beside the Son of God?), and the Jews reaction is...

What faith it takes to not believe.

By on Nov 17, 2017

In John 9:28-33 we read the following – And they reviled him, saying, “You are his disciple, but we are disciples of Moses. 29 We know that God has spoken to Moses, but as for this man, we do not know where he comes from.” 30 The man answered, “Why, this is an amazing thing! You do not know where he comes from, and yet he opened my eyes. 31 We know that God does not listen to sinners, but if anyone is a worshiper of God and does his will, God listens to him. 32 Never since the world began has it been heard that anyone opened the eyes of a man born blind. 33 If this man were not from God, he could do nothing.” The pharisees claim that THEY KNOW “that God has spoken to Moses“. So, here we have some men who find it easier to believe (more likely, prefer to believe) something that occurred at least 1500 years before they were born rather than that there is a man among...
