In an address to the nation on Jan 5th, 2024, Joe Biden further implicated himself, Kamala Harris, the FBI, and other top Democrat politicians, in high crimes against the United States of America.
Referring to a federally planned entrapment and smear operation which was successfully executed by the FBI on January 6th, 2021, and which resulted in the murder of an American Air Force veteran, Biden stated:
“Since that day, more than 1,200 hundred people have been charged for their assault on the Capitol. Nearly 900 of them have been convicted or plead guilty. Collectively to date, they have been sentenced to more than 840 years in prison.”Joe Biden, January 5th, 2024
Clay Higgins (R-Louisiana) Reveals Congress Has Extensive Evidence on J6 Entrapment & Smear Operation
On Saturday, Jan 6th, 2024, in an interview with Tucker Carlson, Congressman Clay Higgins (R-LA) revealed that congress has amassed extensive, hard evidence that the events that transpired on January 6th, 2021 were in fact planned, then carefully instigated via online forums by the FBI, then carried out using a minimum of 200 FBI agents present in the crowd on J6. According to Clay, some agents were dressed as Trump supporters and placed inside the capitol before anyone from the public entered the building.
These revelations come via Clay’s congressional access to various investigative sources as well as access to sealed court evidence in various trials of J6 defendants.
“There’s no daylight between the compromised election cycle of 2020 and ultimately what happened on J6.

The Chain of Command
As part of the “Department of Justice”, the FBI director (Christopher Wray) reports to the Attorney General (Merrick Garland) who in turn reports to the sitting President. As such the POTUS is kept abreast of, and responsible for, the actions of the FBI. This is part of how and why Richard Nixon was impeached from office in 1974.
Because Joe Biden has access to full knowledge of the FBI’s activities, and because he has vigorously supported the illegal prosecution and imprisonment of innocent American citizens, he is implicated via this chain of command in potential high crimes against American citizens and possibly even treason against the United States. How far beyond the FBI J6 entrapment plot Democrat leaders’ crimes extend, we do not know at this time. Questions about election integrity, and COVID health policy loom large.
What Are The High Crimes?
Richard Nixon was impeached in 1974 for “high crimes and misdemeanors.”
How does a case of entrapment of U.S. citizens by the DOJ and Democrat leadership constitute “high crimes”? And do those crimes extend to actual treason?
Richard Nixon’s Watergate crimes were focused on his political opponents and not the American people directly. There was clearly a misuse of the DOJ and active, law breaking direction by Nixon in that regard.
Presidential and DOJ crimes in that instance took place while Nixon was the sitting president. In the case of J6, Joe Biden was not yet president when the operation was deployed. Therefore a charge of high crimes or treason against Biden would necessitate anyone of the following to be true:
That Joe Biden knew of the J6, FBI entrapment and smear operation either before he accepted the presidency, during acceptance of the presidency, or became aware of it after the fact and took no action to make it known to the American people.
That, knowing of the FBI entrapment operation, he and other Democrat leaders knowingly participated in the process of preventing the electoral college votes from being challenged. This is supported by the fact that the entrapment operation was staged to occur on January 6th while the certification of electoral votes was in progress. Clearly, the FBI directly interfered with that process by orchestrating a breach of the Capitol building at that exact time and on that day. (Note: a timeline of events as they unfolded can be viewed here. In that video it can be seen that Congress’s role in the electoral process was actively interrupted that day.)
That Joe Biden, in partnership with other Democrat leaders such as Nancy Pelosi knew of, and participated in, an intentional plan to deprive Donald Trump of victory by illegal measures that may have included ballot fraud.
That, knowing of the J6 entrapment and smear operation, Joe Biden has willfully participated in the illegal prosecution of 1,200 innocent American citizens and wrongful incarceration of American patriots who came to Washington to peacefully exercise their right to free speech.
That, knowing of the J6 entrapment operation, Joe Biden has continued to allow, and instruct, the DOJ to illegally pursue and prosecute American citizens present at the Capitol building, with this pursuit and prosecution taking place under false pretenses.
That the J6 entrapment plan was linked to another plan for organized manipulation of voter tabulation in the 2020 election.
That Joe Biden had foreknowledge that the intention of the J6 entrapment plan, and resulting operation was in fact, to ensure that regardless of election results, the Democrats’ presidential nominee would in fact be declared the winner of the election.
That Joe Biden, the FBI, and/or top Democrats purposely concocted and executed a plan designed to both entrap American citizens as traitors and insurrectionists, as well as to intentionally frighten and intimidate members of the American public.
There are also the extensive questions of treasonous involvement by Nancy Pelosi and Mike Pence, as well as other actors.
What About Treason?
Independent of the J6 entrapment operation and its various criminal implications which may or may not extend to treasonous intent, separate points specifically regarding treason can be made about the Biden administration’s involvement in the current border crisis/invasion, as well as with Joe Biden’s involvement with China and Ukraine.
Have the Biden administration and top Democrat leaders:
Aided & abetted illegal immigration? (a felony)
Illegally prevented individual border states from protecting themselves from overwhelming illegal immigration and invasion?
Aided and abetted the destruction of American cities due to overwhelming numbers of illegal immigrants?
Incited civil war in the country by attempting to blame republican states for the Biden administration’s own immigration policies and actions?
Intentionally flooded the country with illegal immigrants in an attempt to overthrow the country by maintaining power illegally in the upcoming election cycle, as well as by providing voting rights, firearms, and law enforcement positions to foreigners (non U.S. citizens).
Regarding Joe Biden Specifically:
Does he have inappropriate, illegal, or treasonous relationships with the Chinese Government?
Was the Ukraine war a proxy war for China against Russia, conducted via bribes and undue influence within the Biden administration and certain members of congress?
A Constitutional Crisis
With Democrat leadership and the DOJ now implicated in high crimes and perhaps even treason against the American people and the United States of America, the country now finds itself in a constitutional crisis.
According to Clay Higgins, Congress already has “criminal recommendations” prepared for the Department of Justice, but Congress itself does not have the constitutional power to arrest.
Since members of the FBI will not arrest themselves or implicate the involvement of congressional Democrats and other actors, how will these crimes be prosecuted?
While it seems clear from the Higgins interview that FBI Director Christopher Wray had full knowledge of the J6 entrapment and smear operation, the following facts have yet to be made public:
Who exactly within the FBI planned and executed the J6 entrapment and smear operation?
How much knowledge of the plan did Joe Biden, Kamala Harris, Nancy Pelosi, and other top Democrats have? How deeply involved were they in the execution of the plan?
How much knowledge did Mike Pence have of the plan?
How much knowledge did Attorney General Garland have of the plan?
Was the plan executed with the intention of covering up fraudulent election results and/or extensive election interference in the 2020 election, through DOJ involvement with social media platforms and via other methods such as mail in voting?
The Supreme Court will likely have to step in and adjudicate the 2020 election process and results as both the legislative and executive branches of government are known to be engaging in high crimes and potential treason. The court must also look at the extensive evidence of election interference which has surfaced over the last year. The American people have begun a petition to that end:
The critical court cases that needs to come before the Supreme Court do not involve whether Donald Trump is eligible for reelection in 2024 (an absurd claim given what is now known about J6); rather:
What if any high crimes and/or treason have been committed by members of the Biden Administration?
What if any high crimes and/or treason have been committed by members of Congress?
A comprehensive trial of the 2020 election process, results, and instances of election interference.
Is Donald Trump the legitimate and legal 46th president of the United States?
